Dear Members of the General Assembly

Subject: The World we share.

We are aware how important is The Organization of the United States , created to improve respect and understanding amongst all Countries of the world.
Since its Institution, humanity is grateful to this honorable Assembly which resolved many conflicts and many misunderstanding with the logic of the respectful expression of talks.
Besides the highly appreciable work of the Organization, we have also seen many Countries repressed by own Authorities, which evaded to the basic human rules of brotherhood, creating large number of injustices and suffering cleverly disguised by medias and Politicians without scruples of conscience, to support tyrannical Authorities either in Totalitarian or apparently Democratic Regimes.
Many people are of the idea that is impossible to set up a Global Order where human beings and State Governments follow a conscious respect with appropriated international regulations adopted by all Country of our world.
Few years ago, talking with a British Philosopher in Saudi Arabia, with reference to the various incomprehension’s suffered by human beings, he told me: the man has been raised up with present traditional systems sustained also by the Church, where:- the stronger win on the weak, the smart on the trustful, thief on the careless, rich on the poor, and speculators on the needy, and for any of the above illogic human traditional behaves, have been created numbers of official functions to cranks the world general turnover.
According to the Philosopher there are no ways for a change. For various millenniums the destiny of the world has been routed to accept wrong impositions generated by the various Creeds in support of the Power, unless the new generations take it seriously with a radical change of the Social System that up to present time have produce incomprehension’s, revenges and wars.
Sir Winston Churchill, one of greatest statesmen in world history, was of the idea .

That is the case to recall one of most used expression of gratitude of Sir Churchill, directed to the Nation and to all people of good faith: and the above sense of gratitude shall also apply to all Members of the United Nation Organization as well as to the US army Forces with people that gives their lives to protect humanity from cruel persons.
To be more specific with one of most recent facts which degrade our present civilization, I shall refer in particular to Colonel Gheddafi of Libya and his direct European supporter, considering that behind any world controversy, there are always the reckless thought of an European twisted head.
The most recent Libyan story began in the year 1969 with a coup d’état, overthrowing King Idris of Libya that at the time was a Country with a Constitutional Democratic form of Government and Colonel Gheddafy with a bunch of supporters occupy overbearingly the throne, installing a totalitarian regime and administering the Country as his own family property.
The Italian Government which is part of the European Economic Commission, did not waste the opportunity to support Gheddafi by all means, long before this last sits on the throne, in order to obtain his favors in the exploitation of the Libyan Oil and various local constructions and industries, including the supply of light and heavy armaments, also grant substantial shears in many Italian Industries including ammunition factory and heavy armaments to generate conspicuous orders.
The Country of Libya from a very poor original economic situation, with the discovery of the Mineral Oil in the year 1959 by the US Sahara Oil Company, becomes suddenly a very rich country, changing unexpectedly the way of life.
Colonel Gheddafi that from very young was described as a tough guy , and lather on dressed with the army uniform reached his apogee, transforming his personality on a fearful local opponent that becomes the only one man to the head of the country, prone to anger and terrorism.
The Italian Government that stood all the way behind Gheddafi, without any consideration for the support given to a terrorist and a killer without prejudices in exchange of large financial benefits, soon or lather had to be stopped.
Mr. Gheddafi from one side and Italy from the other, represented by the head of the Italian Republic, a Communist converted into its own concepts of life, were considered as two heads and one brain, as reported by Wiki Leaks.
The United States Organization has been conceived to improve understanding and respect between all people of the world, mainly reserved exclusively to Nation Governments, living outside the door all consideration relative to injustices suffered by people of above two Nations, crushed by Human Rights denied.
The Christian Church guided by own philosophies that created the Power of the Church, teaching to reduce our suffering appealing to prayers and not to Justice, because our sufferings are not to be compared with the suffering inflicted to the Sun of God, Jesus, His mother the Virgin Mary, His putative father Joseph and the large number of Christian Martyrs of the story.
To my opinion above convincement enforced for over two thousand years, disabled humanity for the basic research on social improvements balanced between obliges, rights, human understanding and pardon, compared with technologies that are set free and are in continuous progress.
Part of the world is changing not because of abstract philosophies, but thanks to the technological progresses that with the development of Internet, have made possible a new mean of defense with instant communication of important facts, many of which previously concealed by Official Channels, and presently gives the privilege to call masses from all corner of the world to join and pretend Human Rights so far denied, with additional damages and costs for the offenders.
I am not sure if it is reported in the Genesis that Human beings have to fight, burn destroy to obtain their own rights, imitating dogs that fight for a bone that can be cut in pieces to satisfy the herd.
My idea in support of a burst to improve the Social System, creating a World Internet Bulletin where to report all injustices suffered by people of various Nations and maintained until such negative impositions are corrected.
Meanwhile people of the world shall cut all relations with above scoundrel countries and supporters.
Italy is a typical example where most people of the world are attracted and captured by tricky messages based on spaghetti, mandolins and rust eaten monuments that belong to previous epochs with more respectable persons, concealing real present facts that oppress Country people Human Rights.
In the year 1976 I received an apartment from the Region of Lombardy Italy, to share with my family at the condition to be paid by rights of redemption.
In thirty five years I have paid over ten times the original cost of the apartment, but the Region Governed by a Political Party connected to the Christian Church, guided my thoughts back at the time of the Crusades, where people use to kill and rob in the name of God.
After 30 years from the original release of said apartment, the Region of Lombardy in Italy worked out an ordinance that confiscated all apartments over paid by the tenants, with the intention to be selling out again at actual market prices, to cover Administration everlasting deficit and cash shortage due to wrong Regional speculation policies.
The same European people that guided Khadafy on his totalitarian Regime with so many damages to humanity from Africa to USA and Europe, today are seizing over paid apartment by the hundreds, and tomorrow may organize a new conflict somewhere else.
I/we appealed to the President of the Republic, also to the Italian Government and to the Church, with repeating messages for over ten years without any reply.
Then, I have informed the world round on the happening and finally I/we obtained a favorable result. Italy has been thrown out from Libya, with heavy losses to their magic way of performing obscure business including Oil, Gas and various activities in the Country, with a heavy headache with concern to the African migration over Italy by the thousands to the conquest of Europe.
Wishing an intervention of the United State Organization to stop a scoundrel Country as it is Italy that takes advantage of the circumstances as Member of the European Commission to exercise a Politic identical to the Pirates in previous time.
